BONES is the solo project of the new rising sound behind the mind of Mikhile Wyngaard, having top local and abroad sound & dynamics influencing his work structure and ideas, a sound that consists of rolling basslines, driving percussion, harmonic melodic leads and emotional pads... Being a part of one of the world's most pumping psychedelic scenes in South Africa, Mikhile felt that he had no choice but to interact and engage with the environment influencing him, an opportunity to express his own artistic ideas within psychedelic culture... Along the way in his short journey so far, he has been mentored by some of CT's finest established and up & coming talents with Xatrik, Rubix Qube, Deliriant, Liquid Viking, Kriss Kross, Delicasea & Contrast among them, guiding him to find an ever evolving sound within the madness that is pumping full on psychedelic music. This is definitely one of those acts to look out for in future on some of the best festival lineups in the city and beyond... Now he presents us with his debut artist EP 'Bio-Chemical', a 3 track trail blazer that contains 2 massive Vs tracks with Mexican blasters Natural Disorder & System Sequence, and an epic original track to round off this huge release. Biochemistry is the study of the chemical substances and vital processes occurring in living organisms. Biochemists focus heavily on the role, function, and structure of biomolecules. The study of the chemistry behind biological processes and the synthesis of biologically active molecules are examples of biochemistry, and similarly this EP can be considered an experiment in this field, a blatant and obvious attempt at controlling the biochemistry of any dance floor, causing mass madness and human antics on a totally new level...
