DNA Records is delighted to present the new EP "Sweet & Twisted" from Orpheus. Israeli Yaniv Gabay has been producing since 2007, and he is the man and the skilled producer behind Orpheus. He draws influences from classical music and mixes it with melodic and powerful psychedelic trance and that approach has so far been a formula for success. Orpheus has won two international music contests and in 2011 his track 'Tanuja dancing' and his remix of X-noise's 'Losing control' made it into Astrix's popular series 'Trance for nations'. Orpheus has previously contributed on several compilations and releases in various good standing labels. He has released two EP's, one of them "Distorted" had a tremendous success. In June 2013 he truly impressed with the brilliant album "See Your Face" which made it into the Beatport Top 100 chart.. "Sweet & Twisted" includes three powerful tracks; all of them flirting with progressive and weaved together with a touch of psy which makes the EP feel cohesive. The tracks featured are the title track "Sweet & Twisted", "Valium" and "Three Quarters" which is a new exciting remix of a great track from Vibe Tribe. Orpheus has already set the standard high with his previous releases and we hope you are ready to indulge in his latest creation "Sweet & Twisted".
