Roy Engel, (a.k.a Painkiller) started his musical career at young age
studying music, playing piano during his childhood and later on beating
the drums and experiencing rock n'roll adventures.
With the rise of Electronic music in the 90's he was really inspired and
started to develop new electronic beats. Along the years Roy
experienced different styles and collaborated with many Artists and
Friends around the world such as Astral Projection, Azax Syndrom,
Mekkanikka, Cpu, Lost and Found, Biogenesis, Absolum, Punchline, Toxic,
Madmaxx, Massive, Audio Hijack, Pure Pressure, Swicth, Indigo, and many
more. Most dominant collaboration with very close friend Yonatan Marcow
a.k.a Bliss under the title A-Team. A great combination of the two,
squizing out the juice of psytrance through different influences of
electronic music with the results on the dancefloor.
Painkiller tracks provides sharp edition of computer technologies, tight
mix, dynamic grooves and fat bass lines. You can recognize musical
elements connecting the trance music of these days with instrumental and
classic music from different times such as Opera, Flamenco, Rocknroll
and more.
